RATLR — Republicans Against TLR — is a 501(c)(4) registered in Delaware, not Texas, in February 2026. No donor list, no transparency. RATLR showed up with polished attack ads targeting Texans for Lawsuit Reform (TLR) and won't tell you who's behind it.
